All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for:
Backing up data before service (unless data recovery is requested)
Picking up devices within 30 days of service completion. Devices left longer may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned.
We offer a limited 7-day service warranty on labor only (unless stated otherwise). Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage after service
Viruses/malware re-infection
Third-party interference or DIY repairs
Triple-S Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or device failure.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.
